A prosperous society full of creativity where everyone enjoys their work

Our mission is “making work more fun and creative.” People spend much of their lives working, and that time should not be solely dedicated to earning a living. We want to create a society that enables as many people as possible to enjoy their work more and express their creativity fully and freely to achieve their dreams and aspirations.

By doing so, we believe that more people will work to actively achieve their dreams and aspirations, which will enrich their lives and lead to value creation that will transform our society into one that is more prosperous and sustainable.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our users, business partners, shareholders, and all other stakeholders who have supported our Group since its foundation.

Back in 2000, when the Internet was beginning to spread fully throughout Japan, I realized that the world was on the brink of change. That is when I started an Internet-based business with my brother while attending university.

Through this endeavor, I was able to use my programming skills to make customers happy and receive payment for the value I provided. 

Additionally, I found purpose in life by making trustworthy friends and connecting with society. Prior to this, I had struggled with finding my place both in my university and in society. However, this first work experience was so fulfilling that I became completely immersed in it. It essentially saved my life.

Through this experience, I developed a strong desire to create a society that enables as many people as possible to enjoy their work more and express their creativity fully and freely to achieve their dreams and aspirations. People spend over half their lives working, and that time should not be solely dedicated to earning a living.

Meanwhile, when we look at our society, Japan faces various issues related to working environments, including the slow adoption of digital technology at small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as stagnant wages and labor productivity.

To achieve a sustainable society, we must strive to protect the human rights of workers and provide them with fair compensation as well as create jobs and workplaces that allow them to feel fulfillment in life and work.

Our Group will take on the challenge of using business chat to spread work styles that are not restricted by time and place and revitalize communication, and at the same time, provide DX solutions that are unique to us, who support SMEs and the people who work there. Through these efforts, we will contribute toward improving the competitiveness and productivity of SMEs, further enrich the lives of working people, and achieve a society where everyone can enjoy working.
